New York City's Shelter System Is Operating Near 100% Capacity
Since earlier this spring, now they've seen roughly 61,000 individuals seeking shelter in New York City's shelter system. Some are still taking up offers from Republican governors for a free ride, but the vast majority of them continue to come up on their own. And many of them at least 7,700 being bused here by the city of El Paso.
