The Five Ffetters of Love and Kindness Meditation
There's definitely no harm in doing loving kindness meditation. But from my experience, if you haven't observed any anger for like, a year orso, then in your not noticing that there's any anger towards any one or any person, then you can probably eliminate this. Because what happens with these fetters is because ill will is one of the fetters, it's the fifth fetter. And the fetters are what keeps the mind in the unenlightened state. It's like a ball and chain. So not only does anger, hatred and ill will need to be eliminated from the mind because its causing all this unskilful behavior, but it shows up a multiple parts
