Symptoms and Treatment of Mileopathy
The rana classification is divided into three classes. Class one has pain with no neurologic deficit. Class two has jective weakness, hyper replexia and disasthesia. Grade three corresponds to gate difficulties that prevent employment. Grade four corresponds to an inability to walk without assistance. And grade five corresponds to wheel chair or bedbound. Usually there is a significant improvement at one year post stop, even in cases of severe mileopathy.
