Julian Zelizer: It's always tough to know exactly when this thing starts, but I like to use the PMIs and I tend to listen a lot to what the chairman of ISA manufacturing says. And he said major is when he thinks we'll probably go into recession. So I'm more in maybe in the second quarter, but probably in the third quarter. If anything, it looks like the bottoms behind us; I think we've got another wave down coming.
