How to Stop Using Offense Language

Rick Edelman: Terms that used to be offensive might today not be offensive. We can't live in the past, just because it was bad in the past doesn't mean it's still got to be bad today. People more than ever are being vocal when they're offended. If you're a financial advisor, keep your language in mind when talking with a client.
