Playfulness and Mindfulness for Children

Sam is a playful person, and i find it effortless to play with children. But adults are much harder. We vereally know to what extent we can let our play flag fly,. So take a moment and reflect on your own play personality. You can make a list of games you enjoyed as a child and then think about how to adapt them as a grown up version.
