The Importance of Regular Communication With the Coaching Staff
The scouting team's work ends after the player has been signed. Do they just hand them over to the coaching team or is there a link between those two departments? We have player profiles that they build in and connect into our game model so that everything should come together in a cohesive package. When we sign a player for our left side and center back of a number six we would then find out from the coaching staff if they affect in possession and how they're able to play against strong targetment type forward or quick forwards.
