Is Riyadh Salome Governor of the Central Bank?

Lebanon's problems date back decades and that endemic corruption, economic mismanagement both on the monetary and fiscal side have been endemic for far too long. Interesting then is it not that the governor of the central bank, Riyadh Salome, has been in post for the best part of 30 years? Does that make sense to you? No, it doesn't make any sense to me. I mean, with all due respect to the gentleman on a personal level but he should have been changed quite a long time ago.
