For us it is always about divine and conquering right so for me what we do is that we have a baseline guide across travel my department hates. We try to listen to feedback as much as we can this is an ongoing debate and I just had this discussion we mentioned mentioned team on Monday which is you know when you do a survey like this should it be anonymous or should it be named? The last one I did just last week really was was was named because I the I firmly believe in the fact that we are not in need of a job but want people to speak their mind.
