Traffic Enforcement Reforms in Philadelphia
The first female, black police commissioner of the city of philadelphia is extremely concerned about a new law. She says she was able to talk through this bill before it was passed and try to get some of the police input in there. There are other cities that have put in place some of these reforms and have had them for a couple of years. We visit oakland, california where they've been seeing some really good results.
