Sally Kohn: Offshore drillers are holding up pretty well. She says the majors have decided that shale just doesn't do what they need it to do. And so, you know, there's a shorter rigs and these rigs are starting to get contracted for more than $500,000-a-day. But she thinks new supply coming from OSVs is taking supply away from the oil and gas sector.
