Judge webber has a reputation for being the judge most likely to be merciful towards te defendant. A mister boone a did not actually kick punch detective hall. He did hold him down. But there were two other defendants who two other police officers who ere who were kicking and punching a detective hall, who got about four years. And so i think judge webber was probably trying to a proportionally sentence mister bo one, were at the level believed his responsibility was.
