Exercise orthosis or patellar taping, paton movilization is most likely to be effective at three months. Education appears comparable to education with a physical so doing some sort of physical treatment seems to kind of accelerate it. The more things you add, the better the patient's getting. But the biggest thing is to make sure you get that education component.
