Will There Be a Rationing of Energy in Europe This Coming Winter?

If we are not able to make a significant reduction in consumption air, i would not exclude that there bea serious rationing in europe in economis this winter. I think the fighting against climate crasses is still one of the top piraties for me and for my agency. But we are now going throuh a war time. There should be, there could be, some temporary measures to go out of this this danger zone. And when we look at the future, i see that the future is going to be dominated by clean energy technologies.
