WTO Reform

There's been an agreement that we will fix it by 2024. The United States is actually leading a working level at the technical level, some consultations with other members to hear their views. Some of the agreements and rules were made prior to the time that China became a member. There are some people around the world who think you're soft on China. I would say not.
