The port of oakland, one of the nation's busiest, is becoming clogged with undelivered goods. Truckers are protesting a new california labor law that makes it harder for independent drivers to operate here. The shut down is the latest in a long line of west coast work stoppages that have effected the supply chain and added to inflation.
