The Role of Diversity in AI Model Development
I think there's some very interesting associations and convergence right across areas like sustainability, security and inclusion. And I love what you were saying about the issues of baiting bias and how that feeds through into AI model development. You're absolutely right. There's something like 180 human biases that we have encountered according to some of the latest research. We did a big survey and it's actually a repeat of a survey we did a couple of years ago, trying to gauge consumer feelings and sentiment around AI. One of the big themes is people still want humans in the loop for a lot of important decisions.
