Middle School

Middle school is a very tough time for everybody, not just the person who's in middle school. It's a hard time because we're dealing with a brain change as a brain upgrade at around preteen period and then also adolescents proper. And so there's this constant conflict of wanting more independence, but still being dependent,. wanting to belong and feeling very anxious about our own identity.
