Research has shown that some compounds in milk can help reduce the risk of inflammation, which is associated with lots of health conditions. There's also been a lot of research around bacterial growth within water and how it could be causing people to feel unwell. What else have you found in the research about drinks that people might not be familiar with? I don't really think there's any concern about plant milks right now for whatever reason.
