The Colossal Squid Brain

Colossal Squid have huge brains for their body size and it's been suggested that they might actually be as smart as dogs. Cephalopods have camera like eyes, like ours, with a lens that projects images onto the retina. They can also see polarized light which allows them to communicate by creating patterns on their skin. There are accounts of them actually stealing car keys and driving as far as Mexico City.
