Is China a Strategy That's No Longer Relevant?

I don't think the administration understands some of the things we're saying. Across the administration, however, we tend to be pretty myopic. We tend to be reactive rather than proactive. And unfortunately, we're facing an adversary like China where as Michael Pillsbury said they're engaged in a hundred year marathon. They're not maintaining a strategy in the belief that it can adhere simply to the American political calendar. It's putting at us at a tremendous disadvantage.
