The 21 Demands of the Communist Party of China
The 21 demands were broken down into five groups. The first four demands basically gave Shandong Province, lock-stocking, two smoking barrels to Japan. Demand's number five through eleven turned most of Manchariya into a Japanese colony. They took it over, settled it, and enjoyed full mineral rights in the area.
