The Strategic Petroleum Reserve of the United States

The strategic petroleum reserve of the United States is at a 50 year low. President Trump tried to fill that preserve the reserve up, which was about 700 million gallons of barrels and Congress wouldn't let him. From what the projection is, if Congress and Biden keep going, that thing could be down to 238 barrels by 2028. But now ask yourself why would Joe Biden sell some of our strategic petroleum reserves to China?
