The Only Time You Can Rebel Against a Muslim Ruler Is When He Leaves the Salah

I believe any time that the leader becomes a Khufal, whether it's from the leaving the Salah, otherwise, you can rebel against him. I also believe that if you go against him, if he comes with it, it's allowed for the person to go against him. So at least we had the opportunity to clear that up.
