The same problem as always, that if your platform and you are going to be liable for not sufficiently addressing risk, you are incentivised to be risk a verse. And i think what people are worried about with the d s a is that, effectively, that's going to happen. Neffectively, regulators will use their power to keep some of the so called lawful but awful speech from being on platforms,. But it won't be acknowledged and susceptible to court challenges or restrained by democratic processesd.
