Do You Give a Non-Depolarizing Muscle Relaxant Straight After Induction?

When you do a sequential induction with a non-depolarizing muscle relaxant, there's obviously that fear that the patient may still be aware on the onset of the neuromuscular blockade. I really do believe it has to do more with timing than to do with whether you start to use a priming dose or not. And I think that if you're actually confident in your doses and you have trust in your pharmacokinetics or the onset of proper for fentanyl, that you would probably have a lot of confidence in terms of giving your muscle relaxant straight after your induction agent.
