Yen: Coming to that unawareness is not without a large amount of inner conflict and in turmoil. You grow up in families sometimes actively denying that identity, your black history. Particularly last year with malato te protesting and the george floyd it forced folks to really confront who they have come to believe they are. And so i think right now, because the history of America is very much this consciousness race, you can't help ut, like b afoletina and like not be confronted by it.
