We have algorithms that scan the viral sequences and determine what are reasonable candidates for being recognized by human T cells. We factor in HLA because as you know of course T cells are HLA restricted and HLA is highly variable in humans so we we look at the HLA space and incorporate this in our predictions. Then we make those peptides and we make a lot of them and that is and then we put those peptides we offer those peptides for recognition from people that have been infected or are convalescent to see what does the memory T cell see.
