The China Balloon Program

The chinese are weaponizing a new part of space near space and they're doing it for a reason to make their army in their military more agile. They don't want to make the same same mistake as the russians so what they're doing is they're developing new ways to sustain that fighting force. It's you know a lot of people again washing up well what we can so excited about balloons this is world war one technology.
