I think what we're looking at here is er a, this difference between history and social memory. I remember when i was at school, we were never told a thing about er england's er subjugation of irish people for example. So i think that people simply, honestly, i think people just don't know. It's really, it's ignorance, i suppose. And after all, that is the job of historians to try to help with that stuff.
