The Four Existential Questions We Pull From the New Institute
Who am I? How do I operate? What impact do I make on the world? And then what is my mission? Those are like four big existential questions that if you just approach those things head on, kind of daunting. So these are all the things that as I was coaching people, I started to just kind of fill out these elements of the baseball card. That were my touchstones. It got to the point where it was so easy to coach people because I knew how these elements worked in their life uniquely with them. We've married the two and we love working with Rick Newton.
