There used to be a big drinking culture in rugby, for example. And so i think out of all these talks, i think discipline became a word. So, you know, discipline with how hardor work. Discipline on the pitch. Discipline olfthe with your nutrition and recovery. Is that does not come into the equation, what you eat, your diet, youre everything. Or is it wider than it's everything yet, it's to haw you look after yourself.
