Investing in Commercial Real Estate

This year I made my first investment in commercial real estate and I did that with passiveinvesting.com. Together with Robert Leonard, a host from our Real Estate 101 show, we invested $125,000 of our own money into a portfolio of three self-storage facilities. The investment comes with a 7% preferred return with an appealing upside. But more important for me, as a val investor, I feel the downside is quite low.
