From 19 hundred to nineteens, europe and some parts of the global south were rocked by massive social revolutions led by workers. It seemed to be the case that capitalism was on its last legs. By the 19 sixties, intellectual is saying something different. The reason hy not come ntogether is because of the weight of culture,. And this was at the heart of what's called ta cultural turn.
