The Myth of Full Autonomy

The myth of full autonomy is this idea that automated technologies will soon replace human labor altogether and so the problem will then be that we have no work to do or we have too much time. This is really a long standing myth that we can actually trace over the course of the last century. So we get this promise but the promise is never realized right? And there are various reasons why that happens I mean very briefly we could say that work is really rich and nuanced sophisticated kind of space all when you think about the sort of umbrella of things that we put under work.
