What Is the Best Marker of Effective Block for Cesarean Section?

Fiber B and C have four pluses for sensitivity to the block. The next most effective measure is motor block presence, so inability to move the legs. I actually don't use cold to test for my blocks for cesareans. So I get them just to pinch themselves. And I think it adds a little bit more realistic idea in terms of what they can expect and what they shouldn't expect.
