The Prosecutor Wants a Mistrial

Allan Durswich is a talented lawyer. He knows the case will be declared a mis trial, so he can say, hey, i didn't lose. We was just a mis trial. Simple mistake. And now the guy's embarrassed. I think he wants a mis trial at this point. So he's doing things knowingly invoking the fifth amendment right to remain silent as an implication of some guilt. This has to be deliberate. Sabotage.
