The first thing we want to do is to really want to be clear about what's going inside of us. And part of that, a large part of it, is also letting go of everything else that you might be holding on to. I'll find salespeople are high achievers, and they start to get frustrated because they go, i'm not achieving the level yet. The little whiff of that tonality will cause the client to disconnect on the sales call.
