Cindy Hendy even said to the FBI that they killed at least since he told her that he killed at least one woman per year since he was 14. But they never found a single body. They couldn't even find Marie. They think that even some of the women they witnessed being murdered because there were some women in the tapes that they were abused beyond what the FBI believes they could have survived.
