What's the Good Body View on Mortgage Rates?
We think overall the market rates are an upward trend. Driven by the ECB, it seems inevitable that that's going to continue. It's just a question of how far the ECB are going to push things over the next six to nine months. There are reasons why you could be a little bit optimistic about the way things might travel in 2023 as much as there is to be pessimistic about it. We can't forecast tomorrow, not a MIND 2023 - especially at the moment.
