Did your parents, or did your grandmother tell you about the amount of struggling they had to get ingredients? Is that something you has discussed at all? Yes, that plays something we talked about. And so i feel like the book itself is a mix of like having those adaptations in those recipes. I'm just like, you need this ingredient because it's crucial to the flavor.
