Cobblestoning, post nasl drip on the posterior farinx and cobblestoning. I have seen at least one patient who presentedin primary care where thers a cough, and y actually saw a mass at the back of their throat. And it's not until doing a methicoling challenge that you pick up on the fact that these people have really sensitive, kind of twitchy air ays that are causing their cough. A few people with a b p a, alurgic bronco pulmonary aspergelosis, where the diagnosis was missed. They often have long asthma, and then in the next year, they get another pneumonia.
