San Francisco District Attorney Declines to Press Charges for Security Guard Who Shot and Killed a Suspected Shop Lifter at Walgreens
A security guard at a San Francisco Walgreens is shoved, then fights with 24 year old Banco Brown. At one point, the guard puts Brown in a choke hold moments later near the exit of the store. The decision to not press charges comes as downtown San Francisco is facing issues with crime, homelessness and drug abuse.
