I don't see my life as a rever responsibility to my kids. My wife does need me. But your life really becomes a responsibility, and i think the key is that you want to be prepared for it. I've always tried to push them and really promote studies of ethical, legal, social issues and implications. And that's why these kind of prizes are so critical. You get the respect and the notoriety and and the an the ear of the right people.
