The Benefits of Cortisone Injections
I became somewhat dependent on cortisone injections in my final euro plane cricket with my shoulder. I got three of them in one season, which was probably pretty ropey behavior in hindsight. So I'm whilst aware of their benefits, also mindful of their downsides. If they're willing to give me one for a half marathon, I might go and get jab two nose.
