How to Stay Disciplined in a Challenged Market Environment?
A big part of me thinks that the penny has dropped when it comes to discipline, right? I need to be able to stick to the plan during the challenging times. We are not machines. You talk about efficient market hypothesis, and the markets being efficient, but people aren't efficient. When you create a mental framework of diversifying your money in a way that allows you to weather the storm, I think that helps with the behavioral element.
