Psychologists deemed Eileen Warnos mentally incompetent to proceed, but the trial was never paused or stopped. "I don't believe that her mental health was considered fairly," says psychologist Dr. Tasha Jackson. On Thursday, January 30th, the jury returns to decide Eileen's fate if she lives or dies. Despite hearing the mitigating factors, the impact that her traumatic childhood may have had on her ability to control her impulses, all 12 jurors unanimously agree.
