Traders believe in some type of a strategy and they can't find other market participants actually using this so they decide on their lonesome I have this one novel strategy. Trend-fong traders want to put the money with the manager when they've had this great run and it's just the it's the human condition behavioral economics behavioral finance now I want to give the money. The markets are about to break out up or down or whatever but they're just building pressure waiting for it to explode which is when people are pulling money out before the next big search.
