Zach Hastings has been the head coach of a high school football team for 11 years. In his first season, he decided to stop punting on fourth downs in order to win more games. A Harvard professor's study showed that even inside your own 10-yard line, you shouldn't punt. The kids are the easy ones to convince and then when they realized it gave them a better chance to win, they were on board.
