How to Communicate Effectively in a Huddle

There is a correlation between how someone conducts themselves at a dinner and how they conduct themselves on a football field in a huddle. You might have the receiver there who's boisterous and, you know, always got a complaint or something. And then you might have a lineman who you need to mother after every now and then. But I don't think it's always apples for apples, right?
